NOAA - The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration is an agency within our Federal Government. Their mission is to protect life and property and conserve and protect natural resources. In 2016 they have budgeted for wild weather/ natural disaster research. It is your job to research a type of severe weather or other natural disaster and present an argument as to why your topic should be the focus of their research. Your argument must be based on facts. Think about the causes and effects of your wild weather/natural disaster. Also incorporate a human story into your presentation.
