Last Trivia Question: Bat has a friend come over, Israel. Israel wants to hold Thor, Bat's most precious thing. Bat first looks into Israel's eyes to see if he can trust him, but he cannot tell from his eyes. Bat next sees the way Israel does what with his hands to show he can trust him with Thor?
Good Luck. I had an awesome time reading this book with you. I would have loved to have been Bat's friend too. We have a lot in common, especially our love for animals.

Email your answer to with your student's name or place your answer with your name in the box located in the library. You need to email me your answer before 2:45 PM today May 3rd so you will be placed in the last drawing for the gift card.

HBEC Library Mission

The mission of the Honey Brook Elementary Center Library Program is to provide opportunities to use technology, teach ethical use of information, develop critical thinkers and skillful researchers, and promote inquiry, self-evaluation skills, and life-long learners. 

Our library operates on a partial fixed-schedule where each class visits the library every 4 school days. This allows every student to visit the library frequently and permit classes to sign up to use the library for research and special events.
Students are welcome to visit the library each morning to exchange books or work on classroom assignments.
Students may check out books for 7 days, movies and magazines are checked out for 1 day.

Kindergarten - 1 book

1st and 2nd grade - 2 books

3rd and 4th grade - 3 library materials
